Midlaine Richard-Pean wears many HATS! She is a Mother, Wife, Nurse, Realtor and Entrepreneur. She currently works with as a Real Estate Associate at Niva & Jude 1st Class Realty, a firm that specializes in all aspects of Residential and Commercial Real Estate throughout Florida and Georgia’s most exceptional communities. Midlaine is a Miami native and graduate of the University of Miami, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She also holds double master’s degrees in Business Administration and Advance Nursing Practice. When she is not caring for patients; she is selling homes. After having such a bad experience purchasing her 1st home at 22; she decided to learn everything she could about Real Estate and later started her Real Estate business in 2005. Midlaine has prided herself in her passionate and heartfelt drive to serve her clients' best interests in the home buying/selling homes. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to finding the perfect fit, whether an apartment or a house, for her clientele. Her devotion and unparalleled customer service have resulted in a steadily expanding network of loyal clients and referrals. Passionate to her craft and home her home ownership ministry, she continuously seeks to stay ahead of the game when it comes to market education and trends. Midlaine has been a nurse for more than 18 years. She enjoys giving back to her community by attending and hosting health fair and mission trips to Haiti. She is an active member with the Haitian American Haitian Association (HANA), South Florida Coalition of Nurse Practitioner and American (SLCNP) and Association of Nurse Practitioner (AANP). She is passionate and motivated to serve her local community locally and aboard. With her couponing skills and savings, she gifts local homeless shelters with toiletries and vitamins. Midlaine is the owner and administrator of Maud’s Place Assisted Living Facility. Maud’s Place ALF assists senior residents with housing, personalized supportive services and health care designed to meet their personal and health needs while helping them with their activities of daily living. Her goal is to enrich the lives of those who calls Maud’s Place their “home”. She offers her resident an array of activities and services that focus on their total well-being. Maud’s Place ALF’s motto is “Your home away from home”.
